This little thing is magical, work great on my cast iron cookware.

Amazing!
I took a video because I honestly didn't believe it would work. Not only did it work, my pan came out looking like new! And I thought it would take forever but it was SO easy and fast! Literally, it's like a giant eraser and afterwards, there's a bit of a mess as far as the shavings, but it's so worth it - especially for the cost! I thought I was going to have to throw away my cast iron pan but it's like new now. I did mine over my sink but I'd suggest doing it over a garbage can. Don't forget to season it right after!

Works but… still needs oil/salt scrub as well.
I wish one side was shapes to get into rounded corners but it does eventually shape correctly. It got up the rust, but I also had to use olive oil and salt to finally get it all. Pan is clean though! It worked.

Excellent Product
Works like magic! I have a cast iron pan set that was orange from rust. Started using this "eraser" and the rust just rubs away. I've tried salt scrubs and the metal covered sponges along with steel wool. Nothing works like this product. It is a must have for cast iron owners!

Awesome product
I had a very rusty cast iron skillet that I planed to throw away. I was searching for a new skillet to replace the rusted one. During my search I found the AddCore Rust Eraser and I am so happy I did. The AddCore Rust Eraser is a great tool to remove rust from your Cast Iron Skillet/Pans. Difficult to use
This product is more difficult to use on iron skillets than brillo pads or steel wool. If you are going to remove all the conditioning from a pan, it is better to just use soap, water and steel wool in combination with powdered scouring soap. The tool is useful for small surfaces like knives and other rust spots. You will consume one bar for one large frying pan (18 inches)
