This is a big heating pad that works great that heats up quickly. With any product there is a chance that something with it, will go wrong or it will break. After a few months of use we noticed that the pad would start to heat up, then all the lights would flash, and the pad would turn off. We contacted the manufacturer, VIA their website to submit a warranty claim. We received a quick professional response and a replacement in less than a week, excellent customer service.

9/10 works great the heat is just right for each setting not to hot for me. The only thing I don’t like about it compared to my old small one with the blue cover is that it shuts off after 2 hours. I mean I guess that’s nice for some people and I’m sure for safely as well but I would love it more if it stayed on a little longer than 2 hours. The fabric is so soft and very comfortable. And it defiantly has helped my cramps and IBS cramps. I love the length as well it covers more area than the traditional ones you buy at Walmart.

The extra large heating pad was exactly what I needed. It has 3 levels of heating which works well. It has a 2 hr timer that shuts the heat off to prevent burns

I've had about three or four heating pads and this one is by far my favorite. Now, it has a lot less options than other ones, just low-med-high and it automatically shuts off after 2 hrs with no option to change that but it is HOT. Not burn you hot, just actually hot enough to relive my cramps. Most heating pads I've had just don't cut it for me. (if you folded it it MIGHT get hot enough to burn since that can raise the heat on any heating device) If your worried it might be too hot for you, know that I use it on high so you could easily use low or med but considering that there are lots of heating pads that don't get as hot but have more options, this one might not be for you. This one is for people who are disappointed by ones that don't get hot enough. I've had it for only three months so I can't speak much on durability because I only use it maybe once or twice a month, but it seems soft and well made and doesn't have a smell and its quite long. I suppose its pretty ordinary looking. but I don't value that as much as heat. plus its very flexible and I definitely washed it in the laundry with no issues (follow proper guidelines)

This heating pad works very well with a few heat setting for the heat you need. Large enough to wrap an arm or leg even full back coverage

This heating pad is so awesome! I highly recommend and particularly like that it’s long and can span the shoulders to the legs. The heat is consistent but be careful if you have it on the highest setting as it gets hot but just one more reason I have it 5-stars!

EDIT-- The company reached out to me and offered a full refund. I would call that great customer service! I really liked this heating pad and am hoping this particular one was a fluke since I'm planning to replace it and try again. This heating pad worked great for 1 month. Soft, large, hot. It was perfect! Then suddenly the controller just started flashing and the only way to use it is to unplug it and plug it back it. It will co to use to blink but will turn on for a while. I reached out to product support and Apparently if you bend it in any way this can happen. You know what this tells me? It’s CHEAP. I replaced a heating pad I had for YEARS because o wanted something bigger for my back. I’ll be replacing it with something of better quality.
