If I could leave a 0 star I would. After first use it didn’t charge and won’t reel up the string. Very dissatisfying product. My boys were super bummed. Do not buy

This web shooter is a good quality toy that anyone can use, unfortunately has a pretty loose fit even when tightened fully with velcro. It looks great and is fun to use. Some tips I have if you buy it is that you should never shoot the web shooter without knowing if it the battery is dead or not. This is because if it is dead, after you shoot it the string will not be able to return to its storage place. When this happens I like to attach the string to my necklace so it does not get in a knot. If it does get in a know, I use my fingernails to loosen the knot and then stick a chopstick through the loosened hole in order to make it bigger so that I can untangle it. If the webshooter makes no noise when you try to retract it, it is either dead or tangled in the chamber. If it is tangled in the chamber, open the lid to the chamber and pull the string back so you can untangle it. The suction cup doesn't consistently stick to things, and I personally don't like the looks of the suction cup and magnets, so I removed them. If you do choose to use the suction cup, remember that it doesn't stick easily. It often makes noises that I at first believed meant it was broken, but it wasn't, if it makes an unusual sound while retracting the string, it likely means that the button in the front that you use to shoot out the string isn't fully clicked up. In this case, just push the button back up and it should begin retracting normally. Overall I would definitely recommend this product, I believe the reviews do not truly reflect the quality of this product, but be careful in order to not tangle if you buy it, it is a pain to untangle.

Better than I expected. Good quality and it works like it should.

This thing is awesome, great fun for all ages. It works spectacularly well right out of the box. I haven't even charged it yet and the magnet is pretty strong too. It picked up my car keys no problem. The suction cup is not the best, but it's good enough to stick to a mirror, but it will fall off pretty quickly. A great gift idea for any Spider-Man fan.

Worked well at first then tangled a lot

I’ve tried lots of other cheaper web shooters and this is my favorite one for sure. The other ones were cheaper and were 3d printed and not very sturdy. But this one is made of strong plastic. Also I had to manually reel the “web” in but this one is electric and takes about 4 seconds to reel in compared to other ones that took 4 minutes to reel in. This thing shoots pretty far at about 8 feet. I’ve shot this thing at least 200 times and have only needed to untangle it once. It takes a usb-c to charge it and when fully charged lasts for about 3 hours. This web shooter is amazing. Will buy again.

$35 for my son to get to use a few times and the string to get stuck all the way out. I did get a replacement and the same day we got the replacement, same issue.. my son was shooting plastic cups and the string got stuck out again. Would not recommend. Looks like we will be sending both back.

Amazon is charging 7 dollars off the refund of this item to return it. I ordered a second one when the first one was many days late after the solar flare system crash and It looked like it wasn't coming. I have prime (for years) and still being charged for return. Feel scammed. The web shooter is fantastic , kid is enjoying it.

String costly getting tangled

If I could give it a zero I would. Only lasted a few hours. Did not charge after that and so many more problems

The wires always get mass up, so hard to use.
