SANDISK Extreme PRO SD Card Reader, USB-C, UHS-II

Impressive transfer speeds, as expected from Sandisk. Files are uploaded before you can say "jam butty". A flawless performer. Tends to heat up when there's a card inside but I always remove my cards immediately after transfer anyway. Recommended especially if you're using the latest fast SD cards and shoot raw. My previous reader would often lose connection and require a bit of fiddling about round the back of the computer. This one just runs perfectly. Just wish it had a longer cable for my setup but that's a minor issue.

I purchased this to replace a faulty non branded sd card reader that was leaving me with lines across transferred raw files. Thankfully this being a branded reader, it has no problems at all and transfers quickly too. Worth spending a little extra for a branded item

Its fast and easy ro use

I trust SanDisk and a few others with my memory cards, removable storage and card readers. When using memory cards and card readers, there is the risk of loosing or corrupting data. There are always cheaper alternatives out there. What is your data worth to you? SanDisk recovery software is good if the worst happens, I have saved my images using this method when I used a cheap card reader at work. Lost my work. I now use a trusted brand card reader of my own to look after my files. This version is good for a Chromebook or laptop or a smart phone. It's fast and effective and I don't hesitate to use it. The cable length is short and thats right for me. It won't get knocked out from my laptop with a slight tap. Made of rubber and plastic.

WOW. This really is a must have little device. If you are taking video on a digital camera the files are huge so you need a fast device to transfer the files to computer. This does just that and utilises the now standard USBC Connections.

Brilliant product and very quick file / image transfer ; unfortunately it has stopped working for me after a few months of use - maybe 15 plug ins or so which is a shame, I suspect this to be a faulty item opposed to a poor design. Tried to email direct to discuss but unfortunately this was the only means of communication I could find on amazon to the seller. Hope you can help

Bought this to import photos from SD card to apple photos on iPad. Good quality and works exactly as expected and is much cheaper than official Apple.

Very pleased with my new SanDisk Extreme Pro SD. Im using it as I write this review. Many thanks.

Works perfectly!

Faz pouco menos de um ano que uso esse leitor de cartões. Resistente, feito com bons materiais, realiza transferências de forma rápida e sem contratempos. Uso constantemente e nunca apresentou falha.

Great little card reader. Transfer speeds are fast, it handles my SD cards without any issues, and the compact size makes it easy to pack away when I’m finished. I use this as my portable card reader and it’s ideal for throwing in a bag without taking up much space. Simple, reliable and does exactly what I need.
