BPN is the best. Ive been using these for a year now and I love them so much. No weird artificial ingredients, just the good stuff you need for training. This apple cinnamon flavor tastes just like applesauce, I actually crave it. Doesnt upset my belly at all (because again, no weird stuff like the others) Great value and give you the supplementation you need on long workouts.

These are my favorite gels for running that I've had so far. They have natural ingredients, they taste great, and they have an appropriate nutrient profile for endurance activities (particularly with the sodium too). I've seen some people complaining about the consistency, but that's one of my favorite features about these. They are quite liquidy, allowing for me to quickly and easily get them down. My one critique is that they are quite expensive, almost the same price as maurten gels which are seen as the most expensive gel option, as I understand it. Perhaps as the company continues to grow + with economies of scale, this price can be brought down. But regardless, I will continue to buy them at this price as they are my favorite. Would recommend giving them a try.

So many energy gels and goo taste weird and unnatural, I love these Go gels. They taste like applesauce and are not sticky at all, some of the rare gels that I can eat while running even without water. Helps me keep going on long runs. Hasn't caused any stomach issues. The only thing is I wish they were more affordable but worth the price for important long runs or races.

BPN GO gel Apple Cinnamon flavor are only gels I will use in a race. I have run countless half marathons over the last four years and recently my first marathon. I have tried 20+ gel brands and I will ALWAYS and forever recommend BPN. The texture and consistency is good and I have never gotten a stomach ache from these gels. They go down easily and taste good too. I would compare the flavor to the Apple Cinnamon go-go squeeze. They are a bit pricier, but very much worth it especially for race days.

I've been on a mission to find the "perfect" running gel, trying out a bunch of different brands lately. This was my first time with this particular one, and I actually didn't realize until after I bought it that it's from Nick Bare, a YouTuber I've been subscribed to for a while. What I Liked: Apple Cinnamon Taste: I really enjoyed the Apple Cinnamon flavor. It wasn't artificial or overly sweet like some others I’ve tried. It tasted more like actual apple and cinnamon, which was a nice change. Good Energy & Electrolytes: It has a good blend of sodium, potassium and carbs, which helps especially on longer efforts. Easy on the Stomach: No issues with digestion, which is always a huge win with gels. Any Cons? None so far.

GREAT taste, good consistency, goes down fast and causes no GI issues for me. It does give me a strange heartburn/acid reflux feeling in my throat soon after, maybe due to cinnamon...? I am trying the mango flavor next to see if I have the same sensation. Otherwise, it's delicious and a real win due to no GI problems.

BPN Go Gel Endurance has become a must-have in my hiking pack. These gels are incredibly lightweight, easy to carry, and deliver just the right boost of energy when I need it most on long trails. What really sets them apart is the flavor—seriously good, not overly sweet or artificial like a lot of other gels out there. They go down smooth and don’t upset my stomach, even during tougher climbs or longer treks. I’ve tried a few different endurance gels, and BPN’s are hands-down the most enjoyable and effective I’ve used. Great product that keeps me going, mile after mile. Highly recommend for hikers, runners, or anyone needing convenient on-the-go energy!

I eat this before I run. Tastes pretty good and hasn't caused any taste issues. It does have a strange aftertaste though.
