If you ride bikes all the time, this is a must-have!! It is great protection and waterproof, and works well even when it is raining. I don't know what I would do without this.

The small diameter renders the entire product useless for me. 1-star for Amazon as well since I bought this over a month out in preparation for a long bike ride, and now I can't return it.

There is a metal hinge pin that fell out after a week or so. I had to put it back but eventually lost it. I replaced it with a piece of a bobby pin so it works well except the pin falls out when I take my phone out. Touch screen, camera, fingerprint log-in all work very good and I've had my phone in the river and down pouring rain. I wouldn't have a conversation with someone on the phone though, it seems I can hear them just fine but they can't hear me well if at all. So I only use it if I'm biking or doing stuff around water, which is all I really wanted.

This is an excellent product. It stays in position along the ride even downhill. It is also easy to move from one bike to another

I bought it so I'd be able to use my iPhone at a quick glance while mountain biking. I couldn't get any phone response when it was inside this case, so I had to slip my phone out to use it. Kinda defeated the purpose, so I returned it. It's too bad, because the bike clamp is really nice! I'd recommend their other one (not waterproof), instead of this one; but you still need to use their phone cover with it. Meh.
