To my pleasant surprise, all four of these arrived at a fully charged 3.87 volts ... typical for a new 3.7 volt battery! With my TrustFire Flashlight, it 'brilliantly' Exceeds Expectations. As for my little 3.7 volt mini-fan, oops! Unfortunately, I blundered ... not the battery ... by not reading its maximum rated current ... 5000 mAh! NOT 9900 mAh!. After a few seconds ... again to NO fault of the battery ... the motor quit. Lesson-for-Dummies: *Always read the labeled amperage and voltage ratings of the device the battery will power!! (Same caveat applies to the battery charger.) Overall the batteries exceeded my expectations ... five stars!

Bought for my dad& his old flashlight as x-mas gift! he really likes his old very bright light! he was impressed by the 4 batteries! He said I only need one! Now he has extras to rotate so he's never with out a working flashlight to see in the dark!

I like the usb charger, the batteries work, but I found they do not last longer than the 1500mAH batteries they were to replace. So I think the 9900mAH capacity is either incorrectly calculated or an exaggeration, you decide. Gave 4 stars because expected them to last longer with bigger gas tank, but they do not.

Got this because I bought flash lights that took this size battery or 3xAA, I could have used 3xAA but my kids always seem to find my flashlights and when I go to use them they are always dead. This way I have 2 flashlights always charged and hidden and 2 in the draw, I can swap and recharge instead of going through AA's constantly. Also I am not 100% but I think these actually make the flash light slightly brighter than the 3xAA, so thats a plus. These were a good price, came with a charger and seem to work well, may update down the road for longevity after ive charged them a few dozen times.

I purchased this battery charger and batteries to use in a flashlight specifically designed for SCUBA diving. These batteries are 9900 mAh which are much more than the (RED) 4000mAh battery that came with my flashlight and works perfectly. Because of the larger storage capacity I have longer run time with these batteries and with the 4-port charger I can charge all my batteries at once instead of one at a time with the original charger.

False advertising. Not a terrible price for a battery charger but there is NO WAY these batteries are 9900MaH. Go googling and find out what the highest possible mAh of an 18650 battery is. It's like 1/3 or 1/2 of what this one claims. I bought them and they don't last nearly as long as ones rated for half as much. Also the charger is very slow...but it does work.

Charger is very good, but had 6 batteries quit on me within 3 months of purchase.

I needed batteries for my solar lights and this kit came with 4 batteries AND the charger, which is great because the others were selling the batteries only, to me it’s a good price and all looks with good quality. In addition the batteries came already charged.
