This variety is also known for it's flowers which are larger and more pinky than appleblossom usually is. Makes a nicely branched small tree with excellet frost tolerance. A variety of considerable vintage which is seldom offered or seen today. This tree is offered on the small 'M27' stock which ensures the tree will stay compact and is suitable for small gardens, a 24" container etc. The trees can easily be pruned to 6' or less with a similar spread.
