It was easy to use the stretching material was good the support was good which is given it the back the quality of material was good enough to use it is durable and handy

The belt gives good support ,but elastic can be a little loose after few uses. Need to tighten well. And the plate is strong but can bend if your posture is tooo bending.

My Ortho doc has suggested to use it. It has came best quality

Good product.. straps are of good quality.. provides better lower back and lumber support..I've been diagnosed with lumbar spondylosis; on doctor's recommendation I decided to use this product and is satisfied.

Size is smaller than the actual size chart. S size have size 28-34, but 32 inched person cant even wear it. Packaging was already opened, disappointing experience by the seller. There are so many reviews which says the same. I dont know why the packaging is already opened in most of the products, does they sell used products?

Buy it. It works. Heads up, make sure to choose correct size. I’m petite and small fits me perfect. EXCELLENT support for the back. It tight but just perfect tight and help the back. Takes the ‘tiredness’ feeling from your back out. Comfortable to wear the whole day.

I work as a personal care assistant in aged care which is creating many back problems, aching and pain when bending , this support belt has helped so much I no longer need the tablets each shift for pain.

I am petite so I had to go smaller but it is so easy to adjust and folds really flat. It is comfortable I have disc herniation and this helps give me support. It is very wide but you can use the velcro to give support for upper and or lower lumbar.
