Have been using this stuff for years to paint the felt on flat roof at front of garage and am very pleased with the paint. Easy to apply, is water soluble so brushes easily cleanex.

Couldn’t even get to see the quality of the paint as when i opened the box, the paint had spilled everywhere and had filled the packaging
