Easy to install. Removing original back and removing the battery are the 2 hardest parts. Installation is easy

LCD screen renders phone almost unusable. Several issues: First and biggest issue is screen causes phone to heat up drastically. With screen brightness as low as it will go (can't hardly tell if screen is on) phone will heat up to +115° F in 20-30 min with normal web browsing. Second issue the fingerprint scanner does not register a fingerprint properly (keeps prompting to "press longer" or "press inside circle") Issue makes fingerprint scanner unusable. Third although the screen fits device the viewing demetions of the screen are not as they should be (the "Ultra" curved screen only uses the flat portion of screen and has a black "frame" around image). And lastly the resolution of screen may be accurate in dimensions however the sharpness or clarity of the image is "muddy" or blurry. But if you want a hot to hold phone that you can't open with fingerprint nor see the blurry images in bright ambient light this is the screen for you
