Very nice step ladder. I have the traditional 6 and 10 foot step ladder but with my arthritis they make me nervous when on them. Had a couple of close calls off slipping off the steps. With this one the hand rails and wide steps really help. I can get the job done without the feeling like I’m going to slip. Light weight and easy to carry.

Oh, how I wish I bought this kind of ladder earlier in life. Up to this point, my longest/highest ladder was a very heavy expandable/flexible one. I dreaded having to lug it out each time. This ladder is so much lighter and easier to move around. The build quality is quite good for its weight and price. I like the five steps that are wide and each offer a nice platform for standing on, rather than the narrower steps I am used to on my beast ladder. It makes it so much easier to stand and balance on for longer periods. I also like the handrails and storage shelf at the top. Assembly was fairly easy, although I was missing two washers that weren't very necessary. It took me about 20 minutes to put everything together. It was well-packaged and damage free. For the price, this one was hard to beat in terms of price vs quality and height. Highly recommended.

This is the best step ladder ever, it was so easy to put together, and it is no trouble to move from room to room. I bought it because I was repainting my home and I loved that it has the handrails they are so sturdy and make you feel so much safer going up and down this ladder. I am 5' nothing and I could reach the top area of my den with ease when painting. I drag this thing all around inside and outside because it is my favorite ladder. I'm thinking of purchasing a second one for my shop, so I have one for inside and outside it folds for easy storage and it's very compact when folded.

Sturdy, feels safe, folds flat, and definitely worth the money. Glad the ladder is ready for use at 90% completion when it comes out of the box. The only complaint goes against the small, illustrated directions and mostly for the folding tray. Had to grab a magnifier and give it a day's rest before installing tray and handrails.

I am a big man; 6 ft tall, and a solid 300 lbs. This ladder "holds" me. It is [ not ] a top-of-the-line Werner 400lb-rated step ladder, and is [ not ] designed for everyday hard use construction. However, for in the house projects, it is a great choice. The wide steps are comfortable, when standing on step for any length of length time. This 5-step ladder facilitates working up to 9-10 ft. ( for my height ). The work tray is sufficiently strong for tools, or paint. I will say that the ladder "could" have been constructed stronger with some additional bracing. However, it would have increased the cost and the weight. (NOTE: This ladder is not stable when I lean off to the side; it is important to be working directly facing front). As it is, the weight is easily manageable for me; although I could understand how it may be on the heavy side for others. The ladder is relatively easy to store, and does not take much space. For anyone with smaller body dimensions than myself, this ladder will prove to be a very stable platform. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and can confidently recommend it.

Great price side rails a big plus. Easy to open and close. Built sturdy the side rails do not fold but I believe it would become to loose and unable to tighten

Not very sturdy, directions are just pictures which are very small. I would look somewhere else. Impossible to fold.

We purchased this because we are getting older and find the steps on a normal ladder uncomfortable and risky, add to that I have mobility issues and my wife doesn't like ladders and won't normally go above step one. Firstly it arrived quickly, it is quite heavy but I'll come back to that. Some assembly is required but the parts are there and the screws and fittings come in a convenient bubble pack and there are spares for everything, at least one spare screw/washer of every Item and even a spare Alan Key! See the photo. Once assmbled it's impressively stable! So stable my wife actually went up to step three! The steps are so deep and wide that your whole foot goes on, both feet in fact. The tool tray is a nice touch and well thought out. So now a few minor downsides. It is quite heavy for an older person but once folded it "walks" nicely. The foam covers on the hand rails slide up and down a little, so I may either glue them in place or just put a cable tie round them, It takes a minute to figure out how it folds but once you realise things sort of lock in place and must be unlocked by pushing them in the right way it gets easier. Overall I'm impressed and very pleased with it, the downsides are minor and the overall quality appears good and the main thing, it feels safe when you're on it.

Purchased for my mom when it was on sale as a safer option to clean the tops of her cabinets. As well as she uses it when she needs something taller than her two-step stool as she doesn’t go on a ladder. Prior she would have me climb on her counters and/or use the ladder. As I get older both are getting harder/scarier. I have always been apprehensive on ladders (scared of heights) but honestly as one gets older it gets worse. We both tested this 5-step stool and with the handles on both sides as well as the size of the steps we both felt safe and secure climbing up to and down from the top step. Item exactly as pictured and good quality we both recommend.

Als erstes möchten wir sagen das diese Leiter an sich ein super Produkt ist, wenn sie ganz und voll funktionsfähig ist! Sie ist sehr stabil, leicht zu handhaben und bietet einen absolut sicheren Stand! Das Ablageteil ist, wenn es denn montiert werden kann, sehr praktisch und hilfreich!!! Der Verkäufer allerdings ist unterste Schublade! Zur genauen Erläuterung, wir hatten die Leiter erstmals für 70 Euro bei Amazon bestellt....diese Leiter ist nie bei uns angekommen und angeblich auf dem Versandweg als "defekt" gemeldet worden und somit zum Verkäufer zurück. Wir wollten aber gerne diese Leiter haben...weit gefehlt...wir haben den Kaufpreis von Amazon erstattet bekommen und mussten die Leiter erneut für 100 Euro bestellen...was schonmal sehr ärgerlich war und eigentlich ein Unding. Diesmal haben wir die Leiter erhalten, von außen war das Paket nicht beschädigt, aber die Befestigung für das Ablageteil war gebrochen! Der Verkäufer reagierte weder auf Anforderung von Amazon, noch auf Eigeninitiative über die Website des Verkäufers, auf unsere Anfragen! Auffällig ist das diese Problematik bzw die "Bruchstelle" schon von einigen anderen Kunden hier dokumentiert wurde...wir können uns dem leider nur anschließen!!!! Dieses Geschäftsgebaren des Verkäufers macht es einem sehr schwer ein doch so gutes Produkt zu kaufen! NACHTRAG!!!! Der Kundenservice hat sich bei uns gemeldet und nachvollziehbar entschuldigt! Das Ersatzteil wurde zügig aus China versendet, KOSTENLOS, und kam ordnungsgemäß bei uns an! Ablagetisch wurde montiert und somit ist die Leiter voll funktionsfähig und sehr stabil! Also kommt von uns eine Kaufempfehlung! Vielen Dank!!!

Je suis globalement satisfait de l'Escabeau KINGRACK 5 Marches. Voici mes impressions après plusieurs utilisations : Points positifs : Stabilité et sécurité : L'escabeau est très stable grâce à ses larges pieds et la plateforme antidérapante qui garantit une bonne adhérence, même sur des sols lisses. Les mains courantes sont également un bon ajout pour plus de sécurité. Pratique et fonctionnel : Le plateau à outils intégré est super pratique pour avoir tous les petits outils à portée de main lorsque l'on bricole ou fait des tâches ménagères. Cela évite de devoir monter et descendre constamment. Pliable et compact : Il est assez léger et se plie facilement, ce qui permet de le ranger sans prendre trop de place dans la cuisine ou le bureau. Points négatifs : Dimensions : Bien que l'escabeau soit assez solide, les marches peuvent être un peu étroites pour des pieds plus larges, ce qui peut rendre l'escalade un peu moins confortable sur de longues périodes. Qualité des matériaux : Le plastique du plateau à outils semble un peu fragile. Il n'a pas encore cassé, mais j'aurais aimé que ce soit un matériau plus robuste. Conclusion : L'escabeau KINGRACK 5 Marches est un excellent choix pour des tâches ménagères et des petits travaux domestiques. Il est pratique, stable et sécurisant. Cependant, la qualité du plateau à outils pourrait être améliorée et les marches auraient pu être un peu plus larges pour plus de confort.

La scala tanto desiderata è arrivata e l' ho usata tutta la mattina per svolgere diversi lavori di casa...posso dire che sono molto soddisfatta..risponde perfettamente a tutte le mie aspettative in quanto 1 ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo 2 solida e robusta 3 il piano per mettere utensili da lavoro comodissimo 4 le maniglie laterali permettono di attaccarsi , salire e scendere senza paura di perdere l' equilibrio. Ottimo supporto 5 i 5 gradini sono più larghi》questo mi dà più stabilità. 6 il piano porta oggetti facile da montare con tutto l' occorrente che arriva in dotazione all' interno del cartone Che dire: SUPERSODDISFATTA!!
