Really quality pillow. The fill feels so nice and fluffy. It’s different than a feather pillow- but just as good. I used to love feather pillows but its hard to find ethically sourced feather pillows. I had my doubt but I wanted to get an environmentally friendly pillow and organic, and this has surpassed my expectations. It’s worth paying the extra money for environmentally friendly, organic and nontoxic materials, and ethically sourced. It’s fluffy, and comfy!

Excellent pillow. I am a pillow snob and I love this pillow. You can stuff or unstuffed to make it just right for you. Worth every cent. Non toxic.

Rally sad piece of imitation. I tried to return the product and they never return calls. Clunky and chunky feel, embarrassingly out of shape - never keeps shape. Shame on absent customer service. I won’t be surprised if they disappear from Amazon listing.

Overpriced. Arrived in a plain Amazon box. I suspect it was a return to Avocado. Only 30 days to return on Amazon. If you order from Avocado's website you get 100 days to return. You do get a discount by ordering from Amazon. The pillow does have a zipper and comes with a bag of extra filling. The Avocado pillow sold by Costco has no zipper or extra filling but is priced lower. All that being said I think I will keep the one from Amazon. It feels friendly.

A little too firm for me, turns out. This firmness also flattens out pretty fast so you'll need to fluff it almost daily. But it is a high quality pillow. I would just want a fluffier one. It's also semi heavy if you're not used to natural materials.

I used a firm feather pillow from Ikea before I bought this pillow. I have had bad neck pain for a long time. I go to a pain management specialist for nerve ablations in my neck, so I am always on the hunt for a pain reducing pillow. I figured WTH on this one. The first night I had a noticeable reduction in neck pain and stiffness so I think this is a win. Didn't notice a smell at all after unpacking it. Its a dense pillow meaning it has a little weight to it, but not enough that makes it difficult to move or fluff when tired. I think its a good value since it was way less than other pillows I've and I noticed improvements in neck pain immediately.

We bought two pillows. Both are the same size. Both were factory wrapped in plastic. One has half the filling in it compared to the other. The full one is much heavier. Apparently the quality control is lacking quite a bit. I added one bag of filling to the one that was low in filling and it still is not a full as the other one (or as heavy) . Too soon to know if we actually like the pillows to sleep on.
