It's a high-quality printer. But you need to know how to set up the bed properly. You should add a piece of paper in the rail bed to make the rail tight. Otherwise, your print quality suffers. Here is a picture of where you put that paper.

It's a great printer for a hobby. I had some bed adhesion problems but I think that was my problem. If your thinking about this for lots of printing (like a print farm) I don't know if it would be the best for that, you want more reliability than speed so probably something other than the KE or Prussa,Bambu Labs,or something like that. But overall for a hobby it's great for the price and quality. If your thinking about getting this for a hobby 100% get it. And I'm sure some people would like it for print farms to. It's just I wouldn't suggest it.Anyway definitely buy it!!!! 😀

Used and damaged. Received an obviously used machine. Parts scratched, screws missing, nozzle caked with melted filament. Very disappointed. Returning it and going to buy a different brand.

I am very pleased with this printer. It has exceeded my expectations. I did have to transition to a different slicer program to accommodate all the features offered by the Klipper environment. Creality's slicer is good but does not have all the versatility of Cura. I am sure that the folks at Cura will update their software to accommodate this printer given its popularity.

I picked up the Ender-3 V3 KE on Amazon because I wanted Klipper-level speed without jumping to a CoreXY. On paper it’s a 220×220×240mm “bed slinger” with up to 500mm/s speed, Wi-Fi control, and a direct-drive setup that can run the hotend up to 300°C. It also ships with a PEI-coated spring-steel plate, which helps with first-layer grip and easy part removal. Pros: The headline benefit is time. With Klipper and high-speed tuning, it can run fast while still keeping surfaces clean, and the auto bed leveling + automatic Z handling takes a lot of the “manual leveling” pain out of daily printing. Direct drive also makes PLA/PETG/TPU feeding more dependable than older Bowden-style Enders, and Wi-Fi is genuinely convenient for day-to-day use. Cons: At very high speeds it’s still a moving-bed design, so tall prints can show more wobble than a rigid CoreXY. Some users also run into occasional Z-offset/leveling quirks if the nozzle isn’t clean before probing, so basic maintenance matters. Final recommendation: If you want a fast, modern Ender with minimal fuss, it’s a strong value.

Once we figured out where the button was to switch to 115v it was easy. Just downloaded the app and selected what we wanted to print. Great starter printer for our 16 year old.

I have been printing since I bought a Makerbot Replicator. I moved to the Ender 3 series 4 years ago and this was the best out of box experience I have had yet. No other purchases but the camera and some build plates that are optional. Assembly was easy and first print was great to see. You can see my designs on thingiverse as thecharacterg.
