This massager works great..Finally one that works and doesn't cost a lot..

This started out as a good massager. Initially, I would have rated it as 5 stars. Then three months later, the massager head broke off from the shaft that drives it, rendering the unit absolutely worthless. I would've expected it to last longer than just three months. Now it's rated as 1 star.

I wanted a cordless massager that had enough power to do the job, as the last cordless one that I had bought was a bit anemic in the power department. This massager has plenty of power, perhaps almost too much, and it can only be turned back so far; it's more of a percussion massager than a vibrator. The unit is fairly heavy, so be forewarned about its weight which may make it hard to hold for a prolonged period of time. The power of the unit is more than sufficient for work on shoulders, back, legs, and waist, but I'd caution against using it on the neck or where the neck connects to the head as the intensity is quite strong! The massager comes with a number of screw-on heads, three hard plastic and three rubbery; a nice little mesh bag is provided for their storage. The handle is quite long, enabling the business end to reach well down the back. There are several settings and power adjustment levels, but none are really soft or gentle. All in all, however, this massager is a good value for the price...

My Massager Stopped Working In February. I Called The Seller Directly. They Are Professional And Are Sending A New One. It Was Amazing Went Smooth And Fast. Joy Is The Customer Service Person I Worked Out This With. Amazon Gives You 1 Month To Return It. But It Carrie's A Year Warranty With The Seller. I Recommend This Brand.

I bought this for my 82 year old Mom and she loves it! Awesome for pain relief in all her old muscles! She can use it by herself without any help, even though it is a little heavy. Cheap pain relief and she says better than pain medicine. We charged it once and it lasted the whole weekend I was visiting her. Now I’m her favorite son again! I ended up buying a second one for me and my wife took it.

Why any company in this day and age would design a device in such a way that it BEEPS when you turn it on, and beeps when you increase the speed, and beeps when you decrease the speed, is beyond me. And there's no way to change the settings so it doesn't beep. GRR! Super annoying! I don't even understand why they thought there was an advantage to a beeping massager, because there's no safety reason you'd need it to beep.

Great product and wonderful customer service! When you contact the manufacturer, it comes with a one year warranty (details in package). I do not find it heavy at all! I love the different modes. Can't beat the price, either!
