The product is very solid and sturdy and it holds my laptop just enough for the fans inside the laptop to work better but not enough where its too high and it hurts my hands. Very stable and comes in one piece so just wipe down and use, no assembly required.

I'm very happy with this to keep the laptop from overheating. Doesn't slide around and keeps a steady level. Works very well, highly recommend.

This is a solid and beautifully designed stand. It is strong, aesthically pleasing, and thoughtfully designed with an air cutout and nice materials. I think it's awesome for using at home on a desk. No question, it's a great lift, solid, and nice looking. It dosn't rock when using. My hesitance comes from this being labeled "portable." The stand has a layer of soft touch material fixed to the top, which makes me nervous to put into my backpack. My impression is this applied layer can rip, peel, or become damaged over time in a backpack. In addition, the stand is not a mostly solid piece, so I'm nervous it'll be bent in a bag over time. Therefore, it's great to use at home as a minimalist stand/setup, but I am not comfortable transporting this in a bag to a cafe or on a vacation. There are solid, one piece, silicone stands that make a better portable solution in my opinion.

Can't believe I didn't get this sooner. Using it with my MacBook Pro 14 M2. Running so much cooler and also much more comfortable typing on the sloped keyboard. Super stable, solid construction, and just the right angle. I don't normally gush over simple accessories but this really is a great and highly recommended upgrade at a great price. Wish I found it years ago!

Lifts just enough to allow the laptop the needed vents! COMFORTABLE ON THE HANDS.

While this wedge looks very nice (a perfect graphite color match for my XPS laptop computer) and is beautifully finished (perfect, powder-coated surface with a silicone gel pad to hold the laptop in place), it is ultimately just a simple, static piece of aluminum alloy. You can't adjust the height or width. My 13.5" screen laptop is a perfect size match for this wedge (so there is no wobbling if you push on one end or the other) but, if you have a larger computer, that may possibly be a concern. The soft silicon grip pad is a nice touch but could be just a bit more grippy (but, to be fair, in use, my computer is perfectly stable and doesn't move at all). The 18-degree pitch certainly makes my laptop more comfortable to use on the desktop but I would have liked the ability to increase the pitch just a little bit (if there were height-adjustable feet on the bottom of this unit, that would have provided some flexibility in the pitch angle). For what this wedge is and does, it should sell for about half the regular price. If it were height-adjustable then it would be well-priced. Oddly, most laptop wedges here on Amazon are surprisingly expensive for being little more than static chunks of metal or plastic (although some are height adjustable by way of rotating the irregularly triangular wedge shape around) . This Psitek wedge looks very premium but lacks any type of pitch angle adjustment (if you need to increase the incline pitch, you could possibly stick some silicone feet to the underside).

My MacBook Pro 14 m4 max gets hot on the wood desk. Literally the wood around the laptop starts to feel hot. The wood desk was making the mb run hotter, not allowing the aluminum case to cool the itself or the internals, because the wood retained the heat under the mb keeping the aluminum body hot. This device did the trick. I don’t use the ruler at all, but that being printed on it let me know it was the perfect size to lift the entire width of the mb. Actually works great, the mb is not as hot now. After putting this under it, the aluminum underbody feels much cooler and the desk is not heating up anymore at all. The silicone helps it stay in the right spot under the mb and in the right spot on the desk as well as avoid scratches. I’m a worrier so, I also put a wrist rest in the front of the mb to make sure it doesn’t slide forward off the rear lift. That silicone is good and tacky, it probably would never slip off it, but just in case the cat decides to go crazy and jump on the machine or something.:)

I was looking for something not expensive and useful to not let laptop to overheat. It doesn't take many space. Laptop on it is elevated and it helps not to overheat. At this position it is comfortable to write, work with laptop. It is stable on the desk weight helps to hold it in place as well.

Was really happy to receive this and it works great. Lifts my laptop up enough in the back it doesn’t over heat as it did before. I don’t type in it so can’t comment on use, as my laptop is plugged into other screens/keyboard. But would recommend if used to elevate and ensure air flow

Der Laptopständer erfüllt meine Erwartungen. Das Produkt wirkt durch das Gewicht und das Material in der Hand wertig. Das integrierte Lineal könnte nützlich sein, findet bei mir bisher aber keine Anwendung - ist aber ein cooles Extra. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass der Ständer einen Luftablass integriert hat, somit staut sich keine Wärme unter meinem Gerät. Die Höhe ist passend gewählt - ich kann den Ständer sogar an meine Laptoptasche klemmen, somit ist er auch super transportabel. Insgesamt ein gutes Produkt zu einem angemessenen Preis.
