VERY DISAPPOINTED. NO PICTURES.
For some reason I was under the impression this laminated fold out had pictures which showed exactly where the pressure points are on the human body. WRONG!!! This has absolutely NO PICTURES. The only thing you get is letters and numbers pertaining to the areas of pressure, i.e. SJ-6, HE-1, GB-4, etc. Each one of these correlates with a part of the human body. The chart does tell you what SJ-6 or HE-1 or GB-4 means, however, unless you are studying acupressure or already know where these points are, this guide is useless. In the description of this laminated fold out it needs to CLEARLY POINT OUT there are NO PICTURES and this is for those who ALREADY KNOW WHERE THE PRESSURE POINTS ARE. One would think a laminated fold out like this would HAVE PICTURES. Since I don't know where the pressure points are, this was a complete WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME. Yes, I could have sent it back, but the hassle to send it back was NOT WORTH the trouble. AMAZON has made it extremely difficult to send products back now. You used to be able to print a label out and either UPS or FED-EX would come by your house and pick it up. Now I have to find "The UPS STORE" and DROP IT OFF there. Unless you know where the PRESSURE POINTS are on the human body, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this laminated fold out.
