A bit too thick for putting under my back while lying down, but i place it under my thighs which also helps with lower back pain. I sometimes put it between my legs when lying on my side, so pretty versatile use but not as intended

You can’t use it for your lower back while lying down because it’s quite thick and will definitely be uncomfortable. However, when sitting on a sofa, it can support and fill the lower back. The fabric is slippery.

最初は高さが10㎝ほどあるので高すぎるかなと思いましたが、実際に横寝（脇腹の辺）で使ってみると体重で２～3㎝位に圧縮され、私にはピッタリだった。巾はやや狭い感じですが、表面がよく滑るので寝返りしても意外と外れません。寝腰痛で1カ月近く悩んでいたが、不思議なことに一週間位の使用でほぼ完治しました！！

Outstanding Supporting and Comfort! The material is soft against your skin, and my lower back feels great when using. The fit is spot on for me, 5’5. Going to bring it with when I go on a long road trip! It has been worth every penny, and I have bought more expensive ones that didn’t help at all.
