This works. I had two different outbreaks in two different weeks. First week I was out in the sun. My sister-in-law says they come being in the sun some times and stress. That was a Wednesday by Saturday, I had started my first outbreak. I took care of that with bactine and pimple patches (testing it) took forever to heal. The following week, Tuesday had a death in the family by Wednesday I had another outbreak on the front of my lip. I ordered this on Wednesday night with already outbreak started using this Thursday morning. Did it three times a day and in less than a week the second outbreak was just about done no major scab no embarrassing, pus or anything like that it took it away without it looking awful. Cold sores are embarrassing and I hate getting them. And I don’t always get them every year, but it’s been almost 20 year when they first started. I’m glad to have this to help me get over these faster.

Very impressive. Works very quickly. After 2 treatments my lips are already 40% better. Update: the only downside I've found is that weeks later, the cold Sore is gone but my lip still feels odd in that spot. Kind of numb and the skin is dry and peels here and there.

Used this for a cold sore, when you feel it coming on use this red light a couple times a day and the cold sore never appears. Be very careful with it, it slipped out of my hand and smashed all over the floor. I purchased another right away. Pricy but well worth it not to get a cold sore. I leave plugged in all the time charging so it is ready to use when needed.

I rate 3 stars because product arrived on time, intact and functions (emits red light). However, the results of the red light therapy are not exactly as advertised. I’ve tested now on two fever blisters. On the first one I began the red light therapy as instructed however did not start until the second day. No noticeable difference in the blistering time frame. However, during the open sore healing time frame the red light treatment seemed to aggravate the sore, drying it out and actually extending the healing time from my normal experience. The second treatment I began at the onset of the first day upon the initial tingling sensation. I did 3 - 90 sec treatments per day, 1/2” distance from the wound. No noticeable difference in the blister phase (2days) and again the open sore healing phase seemed to be longer than normal. I have also moisturized regularly at each treatment to avoid the dryness. So far I am at 7 days and still have not completely healed and the wound is still very much visible. Perhaps it is just me, but wanted to share my experience. Normally without the treatment I will typically heal near completely within 3-5 days after the blister phase.

Just got this product yesterday and was impressed with how well it seemed to be put together. Very sturdy. Got this to use on a tooth that I am told needs a root canal. I have known about the health benefits of infrared light for some years now but I needed a more targeted approach. Will give it a try and see what happens! Has anyone else used this on their teeth?

After spending $300 at the dentist to zap a cold sore, I decided to give this a try. Used it when I started to get one and it took care of it! Haven't had a flare up in the spots I've used it. Cold sores are gone. Well worth the investment.

Seems to work? Not sure. Thought I was getting one, used the light and it seemed to work. Hard to tell, I’m not sure if I was paranoid about getting a lip blister or was actually getting one. Glad I didn’t though. Miserable to have those things.

This worked great when I first got it. My son said it helped relieve his ear aches. After a few months, it just stopped turning on. It will still charge (when placed on the charger the indicate starts yellow and changes to green when fully charged) but the buttons are unresponsive. I reached out to the company directly for support and they said it was a "battery issue" and that they are currently out of stock of replacement batteries. When I explained why I didn't believe it was a battery issue and wanted further support, they just stopped responding.
