Pleasant taste and texture
This is good quality ground flaxseed. I use it in smoothies and granola. The texture is pleasant, it's easy to mix, and it has the extra bonus of having a decent protein count. I like organic products due to their health benefits. The flavor is pleasant, as well.

Great for Smoothies!
I love these ground flax seeds! I use this in my smoothies! There is no taste, so I am happy about that. The flax seeds keep me feeling full! I feel like I am getting the fiber I need.

Whole seeds in the meal
I have purchased several different brands of golden flax seed meal and I also purchase Bob’s Red Mill products regularly, I usually like Bob’s Red Mill products. However, this golden flaxseed meal is not ground consistently. There are still quite a few whole seeds in the meal. When I bake with this product the whole seeds are annoyingly obviousness in my cookies and muffins. I gave this product 4 stars because the flavor is good - but I would like to see more consistency in the way it is ground.
