ماعجبتني صراحه الفكره حلوه وعمليه للبطن وكذا ولكن نفس الجزء الكروي ذا اللي يتحرك مو ثابت في مكان واحد يتحرك يمين ويسار مع اني ركبت الحديده بداخلها وصار فيه جلده يمينها ويسارها ولكن فيه فضاوه فتتحرك العجله اتعبتني لو كانت ثابته كانت جباره صراحه ولكن جودته كويسه نوعا ما

well designed , works as intended, nice and stable to use because it is a wide wheel. the knee mat is a nice addition it is wide and thick enough to protect your knees.

Quality ab roller for a great price! Perfect for ab workouts. Sturdy and rolls well, even on carpet! Light, easy to assemble and comfortable given the pad provided to rest knees on during the workout. Great all round function and highly recommended.
