Surprenant d'efficacité. Au début cela semble difficile, mais on s'y fait. J'ai lu des commentaires qui faisaient état de risques de tendinite avec cet appareil. Alors il ne faut pas confondre courbatures avec tendinites. Risques de courbatures, peut-être, si on n'est pas habitué à faire des abdominaux, mais en aucun cas on risque des tendinites avec la roue.
