I’ve owned a similar air massager unit for years made by another manufacturer and it served me well but the covering was starting to wear out so I made the switch to this massager. This was a little pricey compared to my old unit but I am so glad I made the switch. This unit has more air chambers with several intensity settings, plus two levels of heat. It is very well made of quality material and if it lasts as long as my last one I’ll a happy camper. I put this in my new Tacoma Limited and it’s as satisfying as the massaging seats in my Benz and in my wife’s Acura Type S. You will turn it on every time you drive no matter how short or long your trip.

Works great, my back has never felt better. The unknown, is how long it will last. My only complaint is that it has a timer function. I'd prefer to have it on indefinitely and let me turn it off when I want.

This seat cushion was maybe the best thing I purchased all year. I have a long commute and it became my favorite thing I didn't know I needed. I purchased early August and by mid October, one of the lumbar sections had stopped inflating correctly. Everything else works great but I paid for all of it! I was recovering from surgery and unable to remove it from my car and inspect until now (mid December). I was able to unzip the section where the pumps are located and everything seems fine. I can't find access to the rest of the seat to inspect the rest of the tubing. So instead I try to find customer support. I went to the website on the back of the product manual only to find it does not exist. I emailed the company at the listed email but that bounced back. Disappointed in the inaccurate company and support information. Hopefully I can get a replacement through Amazon as this company does not seem to actually exist.

This saved my back during really long road trips, and I turn it on while driving around town too. It has a subtle lumbar shape that’s comfortable, and gives me an extra 2” of lift in my seat, which is great in my SUV.

The massager looks nice and fits well in my car and office chair. The massage itself feels good and helps with tension, but the seat is uncomfortable if you’re just sitting on it without using the massage. Also, the remote feels cheap compared to the rest of the build. Overall, good idea but not something I’d want on my seat all the time.

(4 out of 5 stars – docking one for the unexpected rear-end assault) I bought the Laxon Air Bag Shiatsu Back Massager because my lower back was screaming after 10-hour drives, and honestly, for the most part, this thing is a game-changer. The back massage is legit – those airbags knead like a pro therapist who actually shows up on time. Heat function? Chef’s kiss. Slim design fits great in the truck without turning my seat into a throne. I felt like a king… until I turned on the seat/hip mode. Look, Laxon, I get it – you’ve got 5 airbags down there for “hip and thigh relief.” Noble goal. But that center one? The lone ranger in the middle? It’s not aiming for my tailbone, friends. It’s locked, loaded, and pointed directly at the starfish. First cycle it inflates and I’m like, “Whoa, that’s… enthusiastic.” Second cycle? Full invasion. By the third, I’m clenching like I’m smuggling diamonds across the border and wondering if this is covered under warranty or if I need to call HR. Pros: Back feels amazing Heat is perfect for cold mornings Doesn’t slide around Makes long hauls way more bearable Cons: The seat cushion has apparently been programmed by someone who thinks the human body has a secret fifth erogenous zone dead center I now have trust issues with inflatable objects Might accidentally qualify as a “prostate massager” in certain states Overall, I still recommend it if you’re brave (or just keep the seat-only mode OFF). Maybe add a disclaimer like “Not responsible for unexpected colonoscopies.” 4 stars because my back loves it, but my dignity is filing for unemployment. Would buy again? Yes. Would I disable the seat airbags forever? Also yes.

Fantastic product. Just like regular car massage seats - great pressure and heat. Has made a huge difference for me driving.

Good quality in car chair massage!!! This is not the typical cheap vibrating fake massage I use to have. This product is day and night difference from the smooth leather, quality build and great massage for drives. At first i was afraid of the high price but now i thanks myself for purchasing it. Function wise it have 5 massage modes, 2 heat levels and 2 timers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality car massage seat but afraid of the high price like me, your back will thank you latter! Ps: some guy mentioned about prostate exam in the review and it real lol, not too intrusive but passable, preparing men for the real one.
