I needed a new nail brush now that it's gardening season. The lock-down has made my gardens happy since I'm spending more time there, but my nails - not so much! I needed a new nail brush and decided to give these a try (they were very well priced, and I liked the colors). They work great - I've always used the wood handle type of brush, but these do the same job. Bristles are stiff but not painfully so. I have one in the bathroom, one in the shower and one by my kitchen sink. Although I use these for my nails, they would also make a good vegetable brush.

I gave it 5 stars, but if 4.5 was available I would have given that. I love these, really...my only issue is that I would like the handle to have been more heavily weighted so that when I place it brush-down on the edge of the sink to dry out - it would not slide in to the sink. The size of the handle is perfect, and the brush length is good, and they are soft enough not to butcher the skin under my nails. That being said - these are good for daily cleaning - but you would need stiffer bristles if you are looking for something to remove paint, glue, furniture polish, etc. All around though, a very nice brush for everyday.

I've always found the curved handles on nail brushes to be difficult to grasp, and arthritis isn't making them any easier. I ordered these brushes to try and have found them much easier to grasp. They also lie flat on the back rim of my sink instead of falling all over the place. I didn't rate them on durability, but they have to be better than the bargain brushes that begin to shed after a couple of uses. My hands and nails get very dirty in the garden, and this brush does a good job of cleaning them up. The reason for the 4 star rating is that they are a little smaller than I'd like.

I initially purchased these nail brushes for their intended use -- nail care. However, since 4 came in a package, I have used them for other purposes, including cleaning. The bristles are fairly stiff and do an excellent job cleaning under the nails. Some may say the bristles are too stiff, but I am OK with it because I want germs and dirt removed from my nails. I recently used one of the brushes to clean the steel grate in my kitchen sink, and the size was perfect to get in between the squares to remove any traces of residual food or mold caught underneath the grate. The handle on the brush is sturdy, and the colors are fun. There are a total of 4 in a pack. Worth the value in my opinion.

Love these brushes. I even use one to clean my hairbrush. Great in the kitchen to clean produce. Gentle enough to clean under fingernails. Strong enough to clean The toughest dirt. The colors are so pretty. They are sturdy and easy to use, they get the job done.

These brushes are great, compact enough to leave in the shower and anywhere near sinks to use for your hands and fingernails, which I bought them for as I garden a lot. The bristles are strong enough to really scrub your hands and nails. I believe they would be great on veggies too if you bought them with that purpose in mind. Highly recommend.

I found this worked better when the hand holding it was dry. It is very hard to hold onto if your hand is wet and soapy. I used it for cleaning skin and it did an admirable job. The bristles are not the most durable I have used.
