High quality, fresh beans!
I generally don't order coffee from Amazon. I ordered this on a whim and here is my opinion on these beans. They simply were some of the freshest beans I have ever ordered. They were well packaged and clean. They roasted evenly and tasted wonderful. If you are looking for a high quality, clean, well sourced product, this is it!

It’s a Keeper!
These beans are amazing! I roasted them to full city +, so a little darker, with my Behmor 1600 Plus. They held up great. The profile is a deep smooth chocolate profile with a clean mouth feel. I liked it straight black or with some heavy cream, because the coffee flavor is already so sweet! I’m recommending them to my buddies with home roasting machines....cause it’s a keeper.

Just Alright
There is nothing wrong with this coffee but if you're the type of person that goes to the trouble of roasting your own coffee, you might find this a bit lacking. Even with careful tasting I can't discern a distinct element in this coffee. But if a smooth mild brew is what you're after then this might work.

Ordered at night on a Thursday and arrived during the day Friday. Emptied the whole bag and inspected the beans. Great quality. Only picked out four beans. Just because I'm picky. Roasted on my behmor and got a nice even roast. Did a quick esspresso shot and was really good. Can't wait till I let it rest!!!
