No. I don't think this is possible, unlesss you write a script that monitors the voltage or % of charge, and open a relay that would cut off the power input to the system... You would need some external equipment (arduino?) for that.

Are the batteries hot-swappable? In other words, can I connect an external power supply and swap the batteries out while that is on?
