Will ProWare Copper Base pans work on an induction hob?

No, our Copper Base pans will not work on induction due to the fact Copper is not magnetic however they will work on all other hobs and in the oven. ProWare Stainless steel ranges will work on induction.

Will ProWare Copper Base pans tarnish?

Yes, the stunning copper exterior of the pans will naturally change colour over time and tarnishing does not affect the performance of the cookware in use. Copper cleaning products are available which will help to restore the colour of the pans.

Can ProWare Copper Base pans go in the oven and dishwasher?

Yes, our Copper Base pans are oven safe to 200°C and they are dishwasher safe too. We just advise that any of ProWare Teflon non-stick items are hand washed.
