That's a question for the manufacturer, not for someone who purchased this item. The consumer can't change the label on a product.

2 reviews say the bottle they received is different. Contains silica dioxide (sand), and magnesium stearate (chalk). Can someone address this?

Yes as I've been purchasing this products for months now. Everyone needs to have a kidney detox in order to facilitate the elimination process of our bodies. Depending on how much good nutritious foods you eat we always need an extra supplements which is what this is. It is a Ayurvedic Indian (Hindo) herb which has been used for many ages and for its great purposes. This product is all neem. My body feels like it's working as it should be. We also need to be active and not fill our bodies to the point of being uncomfortable. We need to be reasonable. This product is worth endorsing as it works on my 66 year old body and am in good shape because of it. Essentially, my gut is never bloated so that allows me good ease of movement too.
