**Title: Outstanding Audio Quality and Easy to Use - DJI Mic 2 is a Game-Changer!**
I recently purchased the DJI Mic 2, and I am absolutely thrilled with its performance! As someone who frequently creates videos and podcasts, finding a reliable, high-quality microphone has been a challenge, but the DJI Mic 2 has exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the audio quality is phenomenal. The microphone captures clear and crisp sound with minimal background noise, making my recordings sound professional right out of the box. The dynamic range is impressive, capturing both soft and loud sounds without distortion. Whether I’m recording indoors or outside, the DJI Mic 2 consistently delivers great sound quality. One of the standout features of this mic is its user-friendly design. The setup was incredibly straightforward—no complicated instructions or confusing settings to worry about. It paired with my camera and phone instantly, and the intuitive controls made it easy to adjust levels on the fly. The wireless range is also excellent, allowing me to move freely without worrying about losing connection or audio quality. The build quality is another area where the DJI Mic 2 shines. It feels solid and well-made, yet it's lightweight and compact, which is perfect for on-the-go recording. The battery life is outstanding as well; I can get through multiple recording sessions without needing to recharge, which is a huge plus for my workflow. I also appreciate the thoughtful extras, like the included windscreen and carrying case. These small details make a big difference, especially when I’m recording outdoors or traveling. Overall, the DJI Mic 2 is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to upgrade their audio game. It's easy to use, portable, and delivers exceptional sound quality, making it perfect for content creators, podcasters, or anyone who needs a reliable microphone. Highly recommended!

Easy to use and great sound quality
If you want a hassle free experience with a mic that powers on quick and also connects to your DJI Action cam then this is the one. Small but not too small so you cannot see or feel the buttons, excellent mic quality in windy conditions and very long battery life. Its a no brainer if you want ease of use on your DJI kit.

Really good quality for stand alone.
It’s a shame it doesn’t come with 32bit float out the box. But, great as standalone recorder nonetheless. I got it for £59 which is great value especially for the brand. Great battery life and storage. A bit on the larger side unfortunately. If it had 32 bit out the box I would definitely given it 5 stars.

Great quality sound and perfect for Osmo pocket 3
The DJI Mic 2 transmitter is a fantastic piece of kit for anyone serious about audio. The sound quality is excellent – clear, crisp, and professional-grade. It's incredibly compact and easy to use, clipping on discreetly and pairing seamlessly with the receiver. The built-in recording capabilities are a huge plus, providing a backup and allowing for even more flexibility. While it's a bit of an investment, the performance and features of the DJI Mic 2 transmitter make it well worth the price for serious content creators. Highly recommended. Solid mix and discreet. Battery life lasts for a while and doesn’t need charging much. Lightweight!

MUST HAVE for Creators and Vloggers!
Great piece of kit if you are a content creator, vlogger of just someone who likes to have GREAT audio at all times. I have it with me in my backpack at all times, and let me tell you DJI never disappoints. It's so small you can place it anywhere, and you can also use an external mic plugged in via the 3.5mm jack input.

One big advantage over the original mic, and lots of little ones...
This beats the original DJI Mic thanks to one thing - Bluetooth. Having Bluetooth means you can connect it directly to the DJI Osmo Action 4 and other devices such as smartphones without the receiver needed with the original DJI mic. This is a big deal for me because that receiver took up the USB-C port which meant I couldn't plug an external power supply in, not without adding more bulk and weight with splitter ports at least. Being able to connect the Mic 2 straight to a camera makes using the camera/microphone combination so much easier. The mic even starts and stops when you press record on the camera, so long as you have audio/video sync turned on in the wireless mic options in the camera. You don't even need the receiver kit if you want to use this on a camera like the Action 4 because all the other controls you need are in the DJI camera too. The next biggest change is noise reduction which allows you to cut out a huge amount of background noise. I've yet to test this feature fully because the mic does a great job of cutting out noise anyway but there are some impressive videos online showing how much it can help when the need arises. This noise reduction doesn't work when you link the Mic 2 to a Smartphone according to DJI but I haven't tested that. A nice touch is the fact that the magnet now has a different design on both sides. It's not just for looks, this allows you to easily tell two microphones apart as you can see in my photo. The magnets are stronger than they were on the original mic too. The record button is now much easier to find than on the original mic. It's round and the only button on the one side of the mic which makes it much easier to find and press without wondering if you've hit record or the linking button as on the original mic. The dead cat (windscreen) is also better because it's less fluffy and doesn't keep tickling my chin as the old one did! The backup recording quality has also been increased from 24-bit to 32-bit. Not something I care about but for those of you that need it, there it is. Battery life has been increased too so you now get 6 hours instead of 5.5 The only downside I've found so far is that it takes an unusually long time to connect to my PC. Usually, I plug in an extra drive or SD card and it pops straight up but there's a lag on this mic. It comes up quickly but then takes about 30 seconds before anything shows. When you play a file from the mic or copy it, you have to wait about 30 seconds for it to start transferring and then it goes very slowly at a rate of 700k per second, about 0.7 MBs! It's not a big deal for me as I don't need this but something you may want to look into if you're planning on using this to copy audio from. I have two of these Mic 2s and they both do it whereas other devices are fine. The original Mic was good but this is a step up and I'm glad I returned the Mic 1 to get it. Is it worth upgrading if you already have the original Mic? Probably not, unless you want the Bluetooth feature, but if you're picking between the two then go for this if you can afford the extra.

Popular Choice but buy the version with a Receiver if for serious use
The hardware quality is superb. No complaints with build. Once you manage to extricate the Mic from the internal zippers in the case! There's also a furry wind deflector, a USB-A to USB-C cable, and a mega-strong magnet as an alternative to the spring-loaded clip. The instruction leaflet is in text too small for me to read even with glasses. So I downloaded the PDF version from DJI's web-site. You charge the device by plugging it in to a PC or charger using the USB cable. Once ready and turned-on just one press of the record button starts the process. To get at the sound WAV file you've just recorded you can transfer it by Bluetooth or USB to work on it in your chosen app. Note: The recording level is VERY low. You can only adjust the Gain using the optional Receiver, or in Post. The sound quality is quite good given the size of the microphone - once you amplify it so you can hear it. The lack of a Receiver also presents other issues ... If like me you bought this alone, as a wireless Lavalier replacement for occasional recordings away from base, then you should know the higher quality setting - 32-bit Float - is not selectable. The only way you can activate it is with the Mic 2 Receiver, which you haven't bought. No app will change it either as far as I can discover. What's more you can't buy the receiver separately now either. The newer Mic 3 version will NOT work with this one. So perhap you can now see why some buyers have returned theirs. Perhaps they re-bought the package that comes with the receiver?

Good audio and range
I use it for vlogging with my Insta 360 X4. Connects via Bluetooth. The range and audio clarity are good. The wind cat works well as well. It comes with a magnet that can be used to attach the mic inside the shirt and only the magnet is visible. Overall a good buy.

l'audio impeccabile è servito
Allora, mettiamoci comodi.
