Resolve this issue
Received my set with the box already pre opened with some cables missing and all the plastics ripped open. Contact Avantree support and the assured me all packages get sent out brand new never opened. After over a month of using them I realized they’re not brand new, they’re either a defective set or they’re a repackaged set. The sound quality sounds absolutely amazing for about 10 minutes then they get hollowed out and sound like they have no soul in them just echoing cutting out and zero base at all. Even on the balanced mode they had a little bit of base but after the 10 minute mark they lose every decibel of base to them. I have the speakers plugged in 24/7/365 fully charged all the time. I have the receiver wired to my computer so there should be no connection issues at all. This is upsetting because I specifically bought these because of the minimal design with the capabilities of them being very portable and sound very good with the plug and play concept. These are amazing speakers and do what I wanted when I was in the market for some but it’s unfortunate that it turned out like this The song that is playing in the video is called “Canadian goose - lil Uzi vert”. Naturally the song does not sound like that. I’m hoping you can hear and understand the echoing/soulless/non bass of it that I was mentioning. All they could offer me is a 10% cash back of the speakers which I don’t think is warranted for the situation I’m in.

Works well over a distance of 75'
Love this thing. The only issue I have with it is the lag time between the speaker talking and voice coming out of the speaker at the back of the sanctuary. Size is great, quality appears to be great, size is perfect for church and it's a nice looking system. Not too impressed with the mike though, feels lightweight. Don't know about the battery life as we have only had it in use for one week so far.

My overall experience
The product says 8 hours before recharge however that is subject to volume. The connection times out frequently so be ready to disconnect and reconnect. I will say sound quality is excellent, but it also means if it's music you may need to change the EQ setting. I would not purchase this item again.
