Super great, flavor is WOW, lots of protein, awesome for diet.

We had been using the 42g chocolate and I wanted a change. Both are good and supply a nice amout of protein. Of course, read the labels, etc., to be sure what you are getting, but I’ll continue to use this product in various flavors.

I do not like shacks at all. I knew that I needed more protein in my diet and my friend suggested these protein shakes.
