Really good taste
Probably you can buy cheaper Black Rice Vinegar although I can tell this was great addition to my short rib ramen. It comes in 500ml bottle of great taste vinegar. Just ENJOY!

Oh yes what a difference a spoonful of this makes to your Chinese marinades and sauces. Wow what a flavour punch. Used this to make garlic shredded pork recently. It was delicious and the meat melt in the mouth. Highly recommended.
