Quality 3 Hook Rose
Easily fitted rose with good quality chrome plating, ideal for 30's style light fittings with 3 chains. The manufacturer gives no guide to the maximum weight that may be hung from the hooks but the fitting feels very robust. I am using several of these around my home and the heaviest shade I have hung is a 1930's one by Jobling in heavy pressed glass.

Straightforward Replacement Period Feature
Looks good, nice finish, straightforward to install (but please consult a qualified electrician if you're in doubt!). Simple solution to putting up lovely 50s (? from the decoration - although 1920s and 30s were probably the heyday of this type) lampshade from EBay. Second one we've bought. (Chains are bathroom plug items!). Re fitting - I made sure it's screwed into joist. Glass light fittings aren't, er, light . . .

Great piece to drape flex over a stairway to create light.
This was purchased to receive the twisted flex from the ceiling rose in 3 different lengths. We created a unique bespoke light fitting ourselves. My partner is very clever at most things and this was one of his better ideas. Although the light plate was a distressed bronze appearance and we were originally going to spray it black to match the other components it actually looked better left in its original colour as it enhanced the vintage vibe we created.
