I can’t recommend this product enough. It does so much more for me than Gatorade ever did and I no longer have to drink Gatorade t the point where I feel water logged. I have problems dealing with the heat due to a medical problem. I took this product to my doctor to see if it was safe. He was impressed that is only has a small amount of sugar and he tried the packed I brought. He gave it a huge Thumbs up. I briefly ran out of this product and had to make do with Gatorade & Powerade. I really felt the difference and dragging those quart bottles from the car to the house in 90 degree heat was no fun. I really hope to see a Stawberry flavor version in the future. I have stashed packets in my purse, briefcase, and backpack and can easily hydrate myself better where ever I can buy or can be served water. This is a must have product for me. Was so glad to see my order arrive! It arrived just in time for another heat wave. This time I bought a larger amount. I was thrilled to see how well the seller packed my shipment to shield from damage and heat. I really happy with this product. I will be buying again as soon as my supply starts running low.

My sister bought this for me because she said I did not drink enough water. I like the taste so much I drink much more water during the course of a day than I used to. The best part is I have a blood disorder that makes my blood get really thick. So much so, that I have to have it checked every two weeks and usually a bag of blood drawn and discarded about every four weeks. I have been using liquid IV for three months now, I have changed and nothing else about my lifestyle, and my blood work has been fantastic. I have not had to have a bag of blood drawn since I have been taking this product. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Can you guys please be more specific about what flavor this is? Just ordered $125 worth of this stuff thinking it was Lemon Lime based on the picture. Received Passion Fruit. Passion Fruit is a trash flavor that you need to discontinue. UPDATE: Amazon resolved this issue within 48 hours, which is solid, and consequently I feel a little silly about my review as it was written in the heat of the moment, but I do stand by much of it. Particularly my disdain for Passion Fruit. But Liquid IV is a solid product. It's better than Gatorade, I always feel better after I have some after long bike ride, and the plus side is no plastic bottle on its way to the Pacific Gyre. Liquid IV, if you're listening, if you want some flavor ideas to replace passion fruit when you discontinue it, how about some solid standbys, like fruits people actually have a frame of reference for in real life, like green apple, or orange. If I received one of those flavors by accident, I wouldn't go bonkers and leave mean reviews. (Changing this from one to five stars, 'cause of your wonderful customer service, Amazon.)

As a juvenile diabetic from the age of five, this product has made staying hydrated so easy! It literally has saved my legs my muscles my energy and certainly cleared my thought process as well as cleared key tones from my diabetes rapidly! I recommend this product to everyone who just needs some help with easy hydration! It tastes wonderful and is A LIFE SAVER!!!!
