Works well and easily connects to Alexa. You can control many features of supported LED strings like color and brightness with voice. Supports both WiFi and Bluetooth.

The SO530E is probably the most versatile controller on the market and it lives up to expectations. I have two of these controllers for two zone in my kitchen. I can work each zone independently from the BanlanX app which has a few displays that can be tweaked for a PWM strip. The setup is flawless as long as you follow the instructions carefully. The execution is a delight: straightforward and simple.

Works well and their customer service is second to none. However, it works through the BanlanX app which has some compatibility with Alexa but not all. I can turn the lights on/off, change colors, and brightness through voice commands but cannot use the more advanced functions which is a bummer.

Works as it supposed to. 1.) Open screws (with provided screwdriver) 2.) Put in power supply wires 3.) Tighten screws so wire stays 4.) Put in connecting wires for lights/device. 5.) Tighten 6.) Download BanlanX 7.) Plug in, connect, and use. It’s a good controller that does what it’s supposed to.

I had never worked with strip lighting, and I thought I would try these our for my undercounter lighting in my kitchen. I took my time installing them, and several times reached out to the seller via the Amazon messaging system to make sure I was doing things correctly, and this worked out great. I love having color choices and I use them to change the lighting mood in the kitchen. The remote control works great but I don't use it much because I linked the lights to Alexa, and just use voice control and routines to adjust the lighting.

Easy connection. App is ok. Just wish it was a little bit easier to navigate through and customize the color scheme. But still recommend it, if you’re looking for something that is easy to use and setup automatically.

this little box works great if you are only controlling it from the app, if you will have it connected to a standard wall switch, this is not the device for you, what happens is, when you power it back up it will take about 15 seconds to connect to wifi and then turn the lights back on. It will default to the last setting, but the long delay doesn't work in this situation. if you have it connected to an outket that is unswirched and you will be using the app or voice control, then this will work great! It can control any number of different types of LED strips from standard 2 conductor white light, RGB, RGBW, SPI, RGBWW, etc. If you want something that can control RGB light strips via a switched outlet and have it turn on in a reasonable amount of time, you should use the 630, the biggest difference is no wifi control and some minor preset preset features/settings. Also, when creating groups, each module in a group must be the same model#, you cannot have a 530 and a 630 in the same group. This is a quality product, just make sure you have the right module for your particular situation.

I used this video for their led strips review, so here you can have an idea of what this controller and its app is all about! Lots of settings, gradients, effects, it is an endless amount of fun I have been having! I never get old of these. 😂 I've had this product for a while and it still works flawlessly. No complaints and would- no- WILL buy again! My favorite thing about this is the music mode. Capturing the sounds is accurate, you can control which part of the led strip(s) get to be on and have different effects of the same led strip(s), you can give them different colors and gradients, you can control the sensitivity to capturing the noises, you can control the frequency too, there are loads of things you can do with this controller! I had no problem with paring the controller to bluetooth, but if you have trouble connecting, you can manually connect the controller to the bluetooth. I found out when I tried connectint them but it didn't work, not even manually. Turns out I forgot to connect the led strip to the controller. :')

The BTF-LIGHTING controller is a really good piece of kit, its really well made out of high quality materials and can control 4 different light zones independently, wiring it up is not as easy as it looks so if your not sure on what to do get a qualified electrician to do it! As well as controlling the 4 zones independently with the supplied remote control you can also dim them all too, there are other models that can change colour temperature and others that are fully RGB so make sure you get the correct one! also you can download the app for more options and it will also work with Alexa and other third party voice controls. Overall a really decent lighting controller that for £32.99 at the time of reviewing is a decent price.

I'm delighted with this controller. It seems well made. There is a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to wiring it. Once finally set up the connection to the app is stable and responsive. Delighted with this controller.
