First just right, be careful how you install it, as it could do the plastic thing and break, like with any plastic

Take your time. Its a huge improvement from my broken one that would fall apart when using the e brake. Take your time with the install and it should line up. Use a plastic tool to get the "leather" into the plastic trim piece.
