I bought my garmin fishfinder and the estate auction. It was brand new in the box but was missing the single amount. I thought I was gonna have to pay more for the amount and I actually paid for the fishfinder. But I found this one on Amazon and worried that it would possibly have issues with size. But to my surprise, it fit right on the kayak and the fishfinder snapped right in. You can see in the background of the picture. Definitely got the job done.

pretty good with the exception of....
This is made pretty well. It appears to be of the same quality as the original from Garmin. However, the tolerances were not very good on the latch. I had to shave it with a file to get it to snap into place securely (like the one that came with my striker 4). Other than that, I am happy with the purchase. If you use your striker 4 in an ice fishing bundle, this tilt/ swivel mount may not snap in well to that base because of the tolerance differences. Mine didn't, but I will just leave this one on my boat so it is not an issue for me.
