Worked great
I laid down my track bike and needed to repair the fiberglass fairings. This worked great as a filler. It’s stuck well seems to be pretty durable and was not that difficult to sand.

Easy to use!
I am an over 50 lady, and I (by myself), sanded the cabin tops of a older 45 ft sailboat down to the original clear coat (6 layers down). I prepped using Total Boat’s fairing compound, then sanded and applied 2-coats of primer (sanding in between coats with 250 grit). I applied very thin coats of this paint (mixed with the Total Boat thinner), let them dry overnight, and sanded in between using 250 grit. I applied a total of four coats (before the last coat I used 350 grit). This was not difficult to do, and I found that the paint applies very nicely. I applied it in S. FL, in the early spring (temps were in the 70s to high 80s). I did not brush tip it, just rolled it using high quality foam rollers. It was dry to the touch within 2 hours, and I always waited until the next day to sand. I also washed the cabin tops with soap and water after each sanding, and then wiped the surfaces down with a cotton rag dampened with the thinner before applying the next coat. The results are amazing! I found there was no need to brush tip as the paint spreads well and lays flat. But, I am a perfectionist, and also only mixed small quantities of paint at a time (<500 ml) and made sure to add additional thinner as needed. I will be doing the decks of this old boat next, and using Total Boat!

Spreads like whipped cream, not enough hardener
This is a great product, silky smooth and easy to sand. My only complaint is when following the label directions of 15 drops/1 oz product, there is not enough hardener supplied with the product. I purchased the Evercoat Liquid Hardener to complete the can (and my project).

Works well but be careful...
This stuff is about the consistency of mayonnaise and mixes and spreads easily. It is basically like auto body spot putty, only for FG work. One warning - it cures rock hard so don't apply any more than necessary with the thought that it can easily be sanded off later... Wrong! It will take some major elbow grease...

Absolute torture to sand
I have been in the repair business for over 25 years, and in those years have i rarely found a product that performed so poorly that I was compelled to tell someone. Maybe I got a bat batch of this product, who knows. All I know is it states easy to apply and sand. it applies easy, the consistency of whipped cream. However the sanding part was absolute torture. In the end the I had to grind it off and use a different product.

When spread thin it does not cure, just like all other comments are saying, not happy to have to remove all this uncured product from my hull.
