The installation instructions were very clear and to the point. My wife and I installed the entire roll on nearly all upstairs windows in an hour or so. We noticed a difference in heat within 30 minutes of installation. The entire upstairs used to feel like we needed fans running to keep cool but after installing this screen, it lowered the temperature by at least 5 degrees. The privacy point of the screen works as described, mirror finish from outside looking in. Regarding adhesiveness, once the soapy water dries, giving you time to cut and position, it’s stuck like glue. Hasn’t budged an inch. I was not expecting the quality of product we got for the price. My only complaint, the squeegee tool that helps remove the air bubbles, the micro fiber material wore off almost immediately. We swapped to a similar Cricut tool my wife had on hand and it worked perfectly. Well done and will buy more if the need arises!

Looks good and definitely obscures view from outside during the day. The film is pretty dark but still easy to see through in the daytime but is quite dark at night. Installation is a bit fiddly at first but is easy to get the hang of, make sure to use plenty of water as the extra water makes everything much easier. The included knife is terrible but they are giving it to you for free so I don't expect much anyway, but the squeegee tool works well. I purchased this because my cats like to look outside and I don't like everyone walking by to be able to see right in my home, this works great for privacy during the day but the cats can still see out. It seems to stick well and hold also. I believe it does help keep heat from the sun out to some extent, more than I expected actually. I've only had it up for a week and a half so I don't know about durability yet. For the price give it a try if you are having glare issues or just want more privacy during the day without having to close your curtains or blinds.

This covering it better than expected. So easy to put on the glass. The reflection is so pretty and solid colors. Definitely will be buying more. I can't believe how much heat it keeps out of my west facing windows in 100 degree weather. I can leave my shades and black out curtains open and there is no heat. It's very odd but true.

I ordered this to cover the windows in our living room, about 6 windows sized roughly 40cm by 102cm. Our house gets hit with a lot of sun in the evening from the west facing side, and it gets pretty warm even with the AC running, so I figured this might help save a bit on electricity too. Film Quality: The film quality feels good. I have not tried other brands, so I cannot say how this compares, but once it was on our windows, I was happy with how it looked and felt. Sun protection is definitely noticeable, and the room feels noticeably cooler in the evening. Quantity: There was more than enough film for the job. After covering all 6 windows, I still had enough left over for about 2 more. Having that extra buffer felt reassuring in case something went wrong during application. Included Tools: My main complaint is how the included tools were packaged. They were tucked inside the smallest part of the roll, and I almost reached out to customer service thinking they were missing entirely. On top of that, the listing tells you to spray plenty of water on both the film and the window, but the included spray bottle was tiny, maybe around 75ml, like something you would take on a trip. I ended up using a spray bottle from one of our house plants instead, since the included one was not nearly enough. Price: This was not exactly cheap, but overall I am satisfied. The tools being hard to find and the tiny water spray bottle were the low points. Overall: 4 stars.

So far, I love this! Its just as described you cant see through this from the outside. It looks like a mirror on the outside. On the inside, you can see outside perfectly (although not in full color, obviously.) I have big windows, so putting it up was a bit challenging. The hardest paet was getting the air bubbles out. Use the little tool that comes with it. I followed the instructions on the package and it worked well. Use the water it suggests when putting it up with the water bottle provided. This sprays the the fine mist you need to install. So far its staying up. Im very pleased and hope it lasts a while.

I bought this with the plan to cut my out stencils out of it and it worked out PERFECTLY!! You can buy pre-cut decals for your windows of the same material but I noticed it was more expensive and I didn't like the shapes they came in. I just wanted simple stars and hearts and I was amazed how effortless it was to do myself, and there's a ton of material leftover. Gorgeous rainbows all over my house and less blinding direct light. If you want to do the same DIY I did, these are the materials I used not included in the package; -Basic scissors (the razer this product came with felt a bit too flimsy to accurately cut rounded shapes for me.) -Cardboard or card stock; something solid but easy to cut to make DIY stencils. -Dry-erase markers that could easily be wiped off the privacy film or window if I accidentally got it on it directly. The privacy film has a backing sort of wax paper that's perfect for drawing stencils on for cutting, and it's even got guidelines for straight cuts if you don't want anything fancy. The package for this product came with a small hard squeegee that was the perfect size for this DIY as well as a tiny spray bottle to make water application easy. The privacy film is also super easy to clean if you accidentally get the inner side dirty! All you need is just some water and wipe it off; good as new. This is a huge advantage in comparison to something that's sticky, and if you apply it wrong to the window it's easy to move and reapply it elsewhere. I am overwhelmingly happy with this product but I will be fair to give some cons; -The texture of the stained glass can make it a little hard to squish all the air bubbles out. Luckily any leftover air bubbles actually look pretty beautiful with this style of texture haha -I struggled to wash my window after applying these ^^; but that's what I expected going in. As long as the stencils are big enough and applied properly, they shouldn't come off with typical window wipedowns.

The Dwersty Rainbow Window Privacy Film is lovely and easy to install. The directions are fun and friendly. It is easy to cut out the film following the grid (see note below!) with regular scissors. And it's easy to trim the cut-out with the provided razor blade using the squeegee things as a straightedge. It's kind of a pain to get the backing off, but that's as normal issue with stuff like this. I found that gently scratching a corner with the razor blade makes it much easier to pull off. One important noticing is that the printed grid on the backing is NOT squares. I made the mistake of measuring some smaller window panes using what I thought were squares, and then cutting one rectangle out horizontally and another vertically. When I compared them, one was clearly longer and skinnier. I think each unit on the grid is a bit less than an inch horizontally and a bit more than an inch vertically. Once installed, the film looks beautiful and professional even when the sun isn't shining through. Once dry, it seems to stay put without any issues.

Simple and easy to follow installation instructions! Great for daytime privacy and clean, simple look. Not suitable for privacy in the evening.

Bought this to use in my car on my sunroof, it worked perfectly. Beautiful pattern and it catches light exactly how I wanted it to. Came with lots as well as all the tools you need to install it. Would buy again.

I like but don't love this product. I put this up in a front facing window that gets a lot of morning sun, facing a busy street. It wasn't wide enough for my purposes (that's fine, I didn't expect it to be) and barely covered two of the three windows I needed it to (with a bit of extra and some gaps). The tools included are in the core of the roll- cute way to store them but I would've preferred some warning that there was a sharp inside the tube (on the outer packaging). I also wish there was some notation as to the length of the roll on the outer tube - there's nothing. The instructions are great, state everything you need, but they're only in English. In Canada, French and English instructions and info are required on all items sold here. The tiny implements are okay, but you'll probably want your own. The sprayer is cute (and really small)... it got more water on my hands than the window. I'm not sure how these will hold up. It took me about 20 minutes to install them both (it would've been less if I had the right size). But by the time I had finished with the last piece, the first piece was dry and rolling off the window. So I peeled it back, rewet the window (both times, soaking and dripping wet) and waited. Nothing feel completely off but the later bits of the roll aren't sticking as well as the bits at the start of the roll (ie less rolled up). And they were several areas that dried quickly no matter what I did... on a hot day like today, it's unavoidable. If you're trying to match edges- don't bother. Buy the right size instead, as this doesn't match up easily in this pattern.
