Great product with excellent results
Works great on fiberglass steps and pool coping. We replaced the liner on our 25 year old pool. Our fiberglass steps were discolored and had problems with voids under the steps creating cracks in the steps. I filled the voids with spray foam which made the steps firm and strong and then patched the repairs with epoxy weld. I then sanded it all and painted with the pool paint. I love the bikini blue tint. I mixed small amounts to use at a time following the 3 to 1 formula of paint to additive. The paint covered beautifully with one steady coat. It dries to touch in a few hours and totally within 24 hours. It totally changed our elderly pool steps into their new look. It is expensive but the coverage is very good. The paint is thicker than regular household paint so it doesn't drip and splash as much. Very good value for your money.

Hardens fast, very durable
My pool was painted about ten years ago with this. But after ten years, spots show thru and it wears thin. I partially drained my pool and painted where it was needed. Mixing was easy - I use a drill-attached stirrer. It was a warm day (85F) and after an hour it was hardening enough that using a roller was difficult. Within a couple days I was able to re-fill the pool. I did not put sand down, and the first couple weeks it was slick to walk on. After a month, the surface is getting rough enough to walk on without slipping. No big deal since you're in water anyway. This is expensive, but I expect it will last as long as the last coat. Next time, if it's as hot outside, I will likely get a thinner for it. One hour in the sun with a roller is tough. It's a thick paint.

A year in - so far so good.
We painted our gunite pool a year ago with this paint. So far, it's been perfect. Using this stuff is a bugger. Prep work needs to be done by the book. Follow the directions carefully. When you're ready to paint, pay attention to the temperature and how long you have to apply it. Keep track of mix time for each gallon and mix up one gallon at a time as you go. (our pool required 6 gallons) Do NOT try to do this by yourself. One person needs to paint while the other mixes and keeps track of the time. When done right, the pool is absolutely gorgeous and will stay that way for years. It looks like a shiny candy coating. This is the second time I've used epoxy for my pool. The first time it lasted about 7 years before needing to be done again. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Pro tip: When you're all finished and ready for clean up, take your ear pods out BEFORE removing your mask so that your ear pod doesn't pop out of your ear and bounce down into the middle of your freshly painted pool! Don't ask me how I know!

Good quality.
Worked great on our pool sides and looks very nice. Bit pricy though. Hope it lasts. Will know in the spring.

Disappointing durability โ failed within a year
Applied Olympic Pool Paint โ Zeron (Bikini Blue) according to the recommended preparation and application steps. Initially, the finish looked clean and even, with a strong color result. However, less than a year later, the coating began cracking and peeling in multiple areas despite following the instructions as directed. The deterioration progressed quickly after first signs appeared, raising concerns about long-term adhesion and weather resistance. For a product intended for pool surfaces, the lifespan did not meet expectations. End result: significant premature failure requiring repair and likely full repainting. Not satisfied with the durability or performance.

A Great Product
This epoxy paint mixed up perfectly and applied easily to the concrete surface of my hybrid pool. I also used it on the aluminum coping. I was happy with this purchase and would buy again.
