I ordered this b/c of undiagnosed adrenal fatigue - I really, really, like this product! It helps to maintain an even keel energy-wise. There is no "shock to your system" or big rush as with diet pills. I can definitely tell a difference between taking it and not taking it, I'd much rather be taking it. Only one drawback and the reason for four instead of five stars. There is the standard cotton stuffed in the top of the bottle; however, more often than not, when I get a capsule from the bottle, there is cotton stuck to it. A minor thing but annoying. I will definitely be reordering, this product has made a difference in my ability to function at an acceptable level.

I was feeling tired right after lunch, and often had to drink a lot of coffee. Adrenal Essence supplement helps me feel more alert, without caffeine jitters.
