I loved the ice/heat packs. My granddaughter loved the butterfly one, irs small enough for her to hold ,worked great on her booboo. We've only used the ice pack so far. I keep in the refrigerator so its ready if needed. Follow the directions on the package as its not suppose to stay in the freezer.

Kids love them
I got these just in time as my house hold was struck with the flu a few weeks ago these got here just right before. My two youngest really liked using these ice packs as they were small enough for them and had a nice little handle strap for them to grab onto them. Just a few hours in the freezer. The beads stay soft so no discomfort at all when using them and the cloth material on the back helps their little hands from getting to cold trying to hold it. It says warm compress as well but we haven't used for that just yet only the cold to help with their fevers as well as some bug bites to help stop the itching and swelling.
