8BitDo Classic Controller Travel Case for 8BitDo Ultimate Controller with Charging Dock

The case fits my 8Bitdo Ultimate Xbox Controller and keeps the daily life wear and tear to a minimum. I like the port in the back to connect the USB-C cable so I can keep the dock and dongle in the case as long as the cable is attached to the pc. I got a second cable to connect the controller to my Xbox so the case can live on my desk. The inside is soft so it shouldn’t scuff anything if joseled around. Haven’t travelled with it yet, but I will take it on my next vacation to use the Bluetooth controller with my laptop. I recommend it if you have pets or travel a lot.

Fits my controller perfectly. Feels high quality. Convenient latched flap in the back to charge controller while in case. Nice flat base too.

Listen — I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s for soup or local raccoons, but this case? This case, man. It's like… okay, imagine a cloud, but not a cloud in the sky, like a metaphorical cloud that holds your dreams and maybe a USB-C cable if it fits. I bought this thing for my 8BitDo controller, or maybe it was a sandwich, but either way it zips up nice. First thing I noticed? The smell. Not bad. Smells like progress. Like the kind of smell you get when someone vacuum-seals responsibility. Zipper? Smooth like jazz in a dentist's waiting room. Fits the controller perfectly, which is good, because I’ve been burned before — long story involving a potato peeler and a PS2 memory card. Anyway, I took this case with me on a trip to Cincinnati. I don’t live in Cincinnati, never have. But the point is, I took it, and it traveled. Sat next to me like a tiny, polite robot. TSA didn’t even ask questions. That's how you know it's legit. Padding inside is soft, like the inside of a baked potato if the potato was also trained in Krav Maga. I dropped it once on linoleum and the controller didn’t even flinch. I, however, did — old football injury. (Never played football.) Sometimes I just unzip it to look at the controller and remind myself that we're all doing the best we can. In conclusion, this case holds the controller. That’s important. Not everything holds what it says it will. I bought a mini fridge once that just cried when I opened it. But this? This is real. Five stars. Or however many stars we’re allowed to give. Maybe it’s seven. Who's in charge here?

Nice attempt at compact form with usability but odd shape. Not really any room for the cord with the dock especially the longer Ult3 cord. Can be used without the dock.

Bought to protect a new controller so as to not damage the sticks as it rides in my bag. Controller fits in side perfectly, spacers to keep everything secure and not ruin the sticks. Flip open door on the back to plug in the charging dock but not enough room inside to carry the cable.

The 8BitDo Classic Controller Travel Case is a great option if you want to keep your controller protected and organized. I like that it has a sturdy hard-shell design, so I don’t have to worry as much about scratches, dust, or small bumps when it’s inside a backpack or drawer. It’s also compact enough to carry around without taking up too much space. The small mesh pocket is a nice bonus for keeping a charging cable or small accessories together. Pros: Sturdy, compact, lightweight, and good for travel or storage. Cons: It is a fairly simple case, and some larger controllers may feel a little tight inside.

This is a phenomenal case, built specifically for this controller, super handy for travel, or just sitting in its normal charging location. The rear flat allows it to be plugged in and charging while sitting in the case.

Leaving a review cause I didn’t see what I was looking for in other reviews. For this for the Pro3 controller with case. Everything fits perfectly. So now the controller is ready for travel in my suitcase for work trips. Not pictured, but the charging port lines up perfect for charging in case

La calidad es buena, si es compatible para el Ultimate 2 aunque el tema de cargar por detrás no le encuentro un uso (al parecer esa es la parte que no funciona con el Ultimate 2) pero realmente no lo uso…Lo compré más para guardarlo y que no baile por todos lados. Lo que no pensaron fue en el cable pero si logré ponerlo en la malla que trae la cual es MUUUUUUY pequeña!

Fits like a glove, too much like a glove. There is a small net to hold the USB-C cable, however the pouch is too small to hold it. It works, but barely, however the case itself is great.
