you can use yourr mobile or Spektrum TX/RX USB Programming Cable . But you should not need to use this is you assign faps and aux to ports from 6 to 9 and u can set switch accordingly

Yes the SPMA3065 should work with DX5C radio for upgrades.

Q: Will this cable work on my MacBook Pro laptop?

You would have to go to their web site to see if they have software for Mac. The cable is USB so it will plug in but needs driver and software support.
