Doesnit have variable and adjustable resistance and how?

The variable resistances come with the adjustable height pin. The higher you make the Vasa, the higher percentage of your weight that you actually have to pull. There are also bands that you can buy separately. It includes a 10 pound band, but for more resistance, purchase the three band pack. The bands and the adjustable height give you several resistance levels
