Ok this bag was hyped up to me and completely lived up to it!! I used it on 2 consecutive trips last week and it is AMAZING! It rolls so smoothly, holds a TON of items (use packing cubes for efficiency) - I’m OBSESSED with this bag!

Handle is very fragile and hard to pull out with not very much space inside also wheels are constantly getting stuck do not recommend buying. If I hadn’t waited so long to use it I would’ve returned it. Save your money !

So I purchased this carry on without reading the reviews first.... I will agree that the plastic is a bit flimsy, the cup holder is a bit small, but seemed to fit the more slender water bottles which is fine, I only carry water bottles anyway. The charger worked fine for me. The telescopic handle is more sturdy than most others. I do agree that if the bag is full it is hard to close the computer holding area- and I didn't have a computer in it. Two features I loved.... it rolled like it was floating on air and the closing latches were great and unique (I hope they don't break). I had a 4 day trip and it seemed to hold enough, it also did fit in the carry on, but small planes I don't think it would. So I did return this carry on and bought something different, the new one I bought was a name brand but was not impressed with it. I am going to purchase this carry on again (20 inch) and give it one more try, it does have potential and I hope they improve on the complaints.

Love the product and it's durability will be tested next week when I travel.

I do enjoy the multifunctional features of the suitcase. However, my drawbacks are the cup holder doesn't hold a regular size cup of coffee. When I used it the coffee spilled and a mess was created. The lock feature doesn't hold the code. Other than that the phone holder on the handle worked well and I could view a movie. SUGGESTION... Make it big enough for iPads as well. I am anal and love trying new bags and suitcases... Couldn't find a coordinating backpack or leather bag to compliment the suitcase. Otherwise, I would have included a full body pic with suitcase. Travelers that take their complete travel look seriously... Know what I mean. Overall stylish suitcase, gets the job done. Cupholder not functional for universal size cups. Otherwise I would recommend.

Purchased this carry on because I love the extra features and the design. I wanted to get away from a zipper case. I hate not knowing which way to open my case or which zipper expands the case and which opens the case. I wanted the clips to close the case and also like having the lock features so no one case get into the case with out the code. Except TSA of course. I love the cup holder and the laptop space and the phone holder. The handle seems sturdy enough the hooks on the side are great too when you shop and want to not have to carry a whole bunch of stuff. The inside has plenty of space for a carry on and I like the different two compartments. The wheels move easy enough and the case is light weight so easy to maneuver.

Very expensive for that it is, the front storage compartment won’t close if the main compartment is full and the cup holder doesn’t keep the coffee straight up and down…it seems like a poor quality
