Item is great when doing restricted work, such as cutting olives from pipework where a conventional junior hacksaw wouldn't provide the necessary space. Blades are your typical and widely available full size hacksaw blades which provide better cutting power than the usual junior blades. Quality tool for a quality job.

I need a tool to cut some rusted screws and the like in my garden. A pipe in a wall was mounted on brackets with recessed screws that had rusted and I need to cut behind the bracket to get them off. Traditional hacksaw could not get behind but this great tool was just the trick. since the blade protrudes from the front I was able to insert the blade behind and saw through the rusted screw. Really great for getting behind things. Well made and solid. Generally I've had a good experience with Stanley and this was the same again. Worth the money.

I didn’t know the existed until I saw one on an American YouTube video. Wouldn’t want to be without it now

Ho acquistato questo mini seghetto della linea Stanley per piccoli lavori di idraulica e fai-da-te, nello specifico per accorciare l'asta di un saltarello. Per meno di 10€ (pagato 9,50€), cercavo un attrezzo che fosse più maneggevole di un seghetto tradizionale per operare in spazi ristretti, e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. L'impugnatura è bi-materiale (plastica rigida e gomma antiscivolo), molto ergonomica e confortevole, garantendo una presa salda che evita l'affaticamento della mano. La struttura che regge la lama è in metallo robusto, garantendo stabilità durante il movimento. Nel mio test sul saltarello, il taglio è stato veloce, preciso e senza intoppi, segno che anche la lama inclusa è di buona qualità. È uno di quegli attrezzi che costa poco ma risolve grandi problemi. La facilità e la comodità d'uso sono sorprendenti per un oggetto così piccolo. Lo consiglio caldamente a chiunque faccia piccoli lavori in casa; è il classico accessorio da tenere sempre pronto all'uso nella propria dotazione base.
