Apple iPhone 15, 128GB, Blue (Renewed)

Two days in - very happy. This arrived looking like a brand new phone. 95% battery health and only 200+ charges. Mint condition screen and exterior. All buttons are sensitive to touch and work. Phone was unlocked and ready to sync with my last iPhone. This took ages, but this wasn't the fault of the new phone, everything transferred over across, even old settings, I just had to take the time to go through apps with passwords etc. Camera is fine, I think I need to teach myself how to use this better, it works. Alarms and sounds are a good, clear volume. It's easy to navigate around and to use as I would expect, based on past experience with iPhones. Screen quality is sharp, clarity is really good actually, for text and videos. Audiobooks sound fab. Still getting used to a few differences (the dynamic island for example), but the phone quality so far is exemplary. This is my second renewed phone and I'm really happy with the value for money, I paid as much for this as I did an iPhone 11 in 2022, it doesn't feel like it's been used by anyone before. Came with a short charging cable. Would suggest a small improvement could be an insert (photocopied would be fine) stating the new features of this version of iPhone compared to others. But that's me just wanting a quick cheat sheet. I've immediately bought a wallet case and screen protector for this to keep it in excellent condition. Very happy with purchase. Will only update if I experience any issues.

Bought this for my 15 year old son in June. All was fine and he was happy with the phone as it was in Excellent condition ( refurbished) . Cut to last week while on holiday. He was taking photos of friends and dropped it in less than 2 foot of water . He picked it up straight away thinking all was fine as the iPhone 15 is slash proof and it was only a second or so in the water. No it is now dead and he has no option of contacting the seller . He believes there has been work done to the refurbished phone and it is no longer waterproof/ splashproof. His friend and a relative have the same phone and had no issues. ( they were using thier phones in the sea under water with no problems) We feel he should have been warned about the fact the product would not meet the original iP rating . This is a main feature and should be openly disclosed at point of sale as he spent almost 400 pounds on this phone for it to fail on a standard feature . Think twice before purchase as the phone may not be sealed properly after any repairs to the exterior of the product.

no scratches whatsoever, feels great, works great, 100% battery capacity just like brand new sound quality is good screen quality is good perfect condition no problems i recommend it whats the point paying £200+ extra for it new when u can get it refurbished not touched for ages for much cheaper and have it the exact same only problem was the delivery took the piss a little but nothing to do with the seller

Really happy with the phone overall. The iPhone arrived in very good cosmetic condition, very clean and with no scratches at all. Everything works perfectly — sound, vibration, camera and screen are all great. Delivery was fast and the phone looks almost like new. Battery health was 84%, which was slightly lower than I expected for “Excellent” condition, but overall I’m still happy with the purchase.

Had phone for a week. No issues condition is excellent no visible marks. Full battery and great value for money. Phone came with a charger and case.

Out of the box seemed fine, screen a little grainy and it felt a bit off - but, coming from android with 120hz refresh plus shifting to iOS maybe it was just me. Still couldn't get on with it, it just felt off. After a couple weeks took it to a local phone shop and let them have a look at it. Bingo. Shoddy screen replacement not even fitted correctly. It's possible to lift the screen and get a fingernail under on two corners of the phone. The phone shop fella joked it's a good job you didn't use it in the rain, it's not even sealed. Refund request submitted. If I receive good service I'll update this review to reflect that, but the product received was not as advertised and was sub standard trash. Review edited as promised - response very quick and it says a refund issued, let's see how long it takes to hit the account. Tbh I'll probably delete this review if they're fast, I can forgive and forget if there's good customer service. Edit, customer service was superb in issuing a refund. The fact it may well have been out of the 30 days returns window had I not taken it to a shop is worrying though.

Mi é arrivato un giorno prima, e nonostante fosse ricondizionato la capacità massima della batteria é al 100% ottimo!

Recibido hoy y de momento todo perfecto, batería al 100%, ranura para tarjeta física (cuando según indicaba creíamos que era solo para ESIM, pero no, viene para meter la tarjeta), ni un rasguño en carcasa ni pantalla, parece nuevo. No venía con cable, solo el movil. Totalmente recomendable.
