Theragun Sense Percussion Massage Gun is simply the best thing you can ever get for a bad back or to simply relax after a long day. This is a smaller version of the pro range of Theragun and it's fantastic. I suffer with a bad back and my chiropractor has the pro version so I decided to try the Percussion Massage. First of all this is a well designed device. It comes in a lovely box and it has a very good instructions booklet. Theragun Sense is rechargeable and it comes with a USB C cable. On average I get around 10 massages out of it. You get a variety of attachments to go with the gun but I personally prefer the one that comes as a standard. If you have someone who doesn't know how to use Theragun - you can pick the setting for the gun to tell you when to move on from which area of the body. There's a lot there you can set this device to. The only real downfall is that you still need someone to do your back massage! I love how relaxed my body feels after 20 min massage, it really helps me with my back pain and overall muscle relaxation. I can't recommend Theragun Sense Percussion Massage Gun enough. Good value for money - well worth saving up for.

Easy to use and install. The added bonuses of the app make it better with breathing exercises. Eased the pain in my back from an old sports injury but can be used for a variety of ailments. Has a good variety of power and settings. Item arrived very well packed, so excellent start, perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 👍

My only exposure to sports accessories like this was a £20 version that I bought on a whim, so seeing this £275 version I thought I would be getting something that could magic away any kind of issue. Whilst the app allows for extensive customisation and has guides and videos, I feel that the price is just too much; at the time of writing this review it's on sale elsewhere and still feels too expensive. Value for money is one of the scoring criteria hence me bringing it up so soon in the review. What's good though, as I would expect compared to a £20 version, is that everything including the accessories are fully detailed and explained for you, you're guided well with timers and are allowed to place/move the head before moving onto the next part of the program, and generally there is a feeling of premium quality to this massage gun. I feel like this is the kind of thing a professional who offers this kind of service would really enjoy using. I do enjoy using it, but I also feel like I would never have got one at the price it's listed at.

Das Gerät hat nicht so viel Wumms wie mein billigere Massage-Pistole. Aber es ist vor allen Dingen mit seinen schmalen Griffdurchmesser gut zu halten und zum Beispiel auch für die kleineren Hände meiner Freundin gut geeignet. Die Pulsmessung ist ja nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Aber die Hilfe für das Ein- und Ausatmen mag zwar nerdisch wirken, ist aber tatsächlich eine Hilfe.
