Can you use this in hair?

You could but just remember this is like a harder substance for instance coconut oil you can spoon out as it is quite soft. This cocoa butter I had to use a knife to chop away at it. If using on your hair and washing off it will clog your plug hole up as it melts really well for fat bombs but just bare that in mind.
