I’ve been using this creatine consistently and have been happy with it so far. It mixes easily, has little to no noticeable taste, and I haven’t had any issues with digestibility. This is the best Creatine.... Of all time. I've tried others and hv been unable to take other powder form creatine due to the flavor. This one is flavorless and tasteless there is no yucky flavor or saltyness etc. It goes perfectly in my morning coffee due to the warmth of the coffee it blends easily in seconds. I didn't get the dry mouth or get the dehydration feeling. I suggest just monitor your H2O intake to avoid lacking in water and it will work great. Did I mention the amount of servings and the scoop is small? It's a great value and this is a great product and I will continue it.

I did lots of research on this supplement, this one landed one of the top review in terms of the quality and independent testing. I am 49yo female, taking this as a supplement for pre-menopause. Target is improving brain function, energy and muscle changes (related to hormonal changes). I do see positive results. Just at first I had to adjust the dosage to smaller amount and build up from there (bloating). Now I take 1 scoop a day. Nearly tasteless. Definitely need extra liquid / rinse of the cup after, it tends to settle on the bottom. The only thing that worries me is the prop warning (cancer) and if I am truly buying from the advertised source, and not getting a dupe. Amazon cannot possibly screen all the sellers.

Working! Only recommendation I have is to dissolve it in a warm liquid. It’s easy to use, no bad taste, comparatively a good value for the money. However weight slowed, which is the design to bring fluid to the muscle so I’m not disappointed, but I need to adjust that loss will be slower.
